General Terms
- Individuals purchasing a product, a tour, a service from Albania Travelnet Shpk are the client in these Terms and Conditions.
- Albania Travelnet Shpk is the tour/service provider in these Terms and conditions.
Tour’s conditions
1. Costs and prices
The price of the tour and detailed information regarding what is included and not included in the price are as published in our website.
All prices are quoted in Euro or ALL. All payments will be in Euro or ALL as determined when booking the tour.
2. Payment Process
- Payment can be made in cash, or via major credit/debit card via Tirana Bank POS in our office. POS’s fees, exchange rate and commissions are regulated by Tirana Bank. Albania Travlenet does not apply any commission or credit card payment/service fees.
- Payments can be made Online via international online payment platform. In this case, the terms and conditions of the platforms are applied. Service fees and commission are regulated by the payment platform.
- Payments can be made via a bank transfer directly in Albania Travelnet Shpk bank account. Bank’s service fees and commissions are set by the bank. Client must pay any service fee, so that Albania Travelnet receives the exact amount as agreed.
3. The Contract
These information published on our website, these Terms and conditions, Private Policy, Price and information regarding the price, the itinerary and the information regarding the itinerary, noes and yeses described in our website, will constitute a legal contract with Albania TravelNet Shpk.
By purchasing one of our products, you have automatically accepted our terms and conditions and have entered in an business agreement (contract) with Albania Travelnet Shpk, which will provide the product paid by the client.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel a tour not later than 24 hours before the starting time of the tour, unless otherwise stated in a written form of agreement between the client and Albania Travelnet.
When cancelling the tour earlier than 24 hours before the starting time of the tour, the client will be fully reimbursed for the ammount he has already paid to Albania Travelnet Shpk.
In any case the reimbursement will not be higher than the amount that the client has paid to Albania Travelnet shpk.
The refund will not include any other costs such as but not limited to: transfer service fees, bank service fees, credit card service fees, online payment platform fees.
If the client, cancels the tour later than 24 hours form the starting time of the tour, there will be no refund for the amount that he has already paid to Albania Travelnet Shpk for purchasing a product/tour..
5. Refunds
Any money owed by Albania TravelNet Shpk, to clients because of a refund, will be processed within 30 days following the initial cancelation. Refunds can not be clamed later than 7 days from the day of the tour. Refunds will be processed to client’s bank account.
6. Change Requests
If the clients asks for a change in the program of the tour (product), the client will pay the price difference if there is a price difference due to the change. In case of a lower new price, the difference will be calculated on the difference to be paid to Albania Travelnet.
7. Transportation
Transportation will by via boats leased or owned by Albania Travlenet or other associates. The boats are annualy checked and certified by Albania Port Authority regarding safety, mechanic conditions and amenities. Our boats are fully equipped with safety equipment as required by the Albanian sea transport regulations.
8. Travel Insurance
We have insured our business to according to the best liability insurance policies in Albania . We strongly suggest all our guests to arrange for travel insurance in their place of origine, prior to arriving in Albania. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings and equipment, personal injury and illness, which happen due to neglect, incompetence or a mistake of the clients.
9. Stipulations
Albania TravelNet Shpk contracts with independent contractors in securing and booking the services provided for our tours and we are not responsible for any negligence and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives.
Albania TravelNet Shpk is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them.
In case one of our subcontractors, fails to deliver the agreed services or product as described in the tour contract, Albania Travelnet will arrange for a different supplier to provide the agreed service or product to the client, and cover any costs which may accur due to these changes.
10. Jurisdiction:
Any disclaimer is subject to Albanian law, and excludes the provisions of international law. Any dispute arising in connection or not with this disclaimer shall be submitted and processed by the jurisdiction of the competent court in Tirana, Albania only.
11. Early booking discount terms and conditions
Albania Travelnet shpk applies early booking discounts when clients book the tour earlier than the departure date of the tour as following:
- 15% discount when booking the tour three months (90 days) before the starting date of the tour.
- 10% discount when booking the tour one month (30 days) before the starting date of the tour
These Early Booking discount terms and conditions are valid since January 1, 2026.
Albania Travelnet may change these early booking discount terms and conditions if needed without any notice.
